I had high hopes with these pants as I had read a lot of positive reviews but I was very disappointed with them when after 5 minutes of bush walking they ripped.

Pants are clearly great quality. Unfortunately the 32 inch waist in this case is closer to a 30 and much smaller than all other 32’s I own. Cam was quick to offer solutions including a refund and I was really impressed with his response.

5 stars for service and 3 for the pants. Ordered at lunchtime and the arrived in less than 48 hours. Pretty bloody good I reckon.
As far as the pants go, first impressions is they are average considering the price you pay even on discount. I have only worn them around the house but they seem delicate compared to some other brands I have. I was expecting a slightly heavier fabric and for the legs to be a bit more tapered/slim fit based on what I had read online, maybe US hunters have chunky legs compared to me. They are also pretty long on me which is weird as I have a short torso and long legs. The fit in the waist was true to size however. The waist band is also pretty comfortable and the suspenders will be a nicer fit in the lower back than the 3 point ones I have for the guide pants.
Once I’ve thrashed them on the hill I will update my review.

They had a short hard life. The crutch has torn out, holes in the legsin the forst fer wears, and the stiching in the fly amd pocket let go. Extremely comfortable but not the most durable.

My second pair, this time a larger 34 waist. Just love the quality and cut of these. The camo pattern perfect for the rainforest I live in on east coast Australia

These are awesome. They are dead silent with great, well thought out pockets. The marino fabric is really nice, and the nylon paneling adds some durability.
They have the best fit out of any pants I've ever worn. Incredibly non-restrictive and comfortable.
The BUT comes in in terms of overall durability. I think they will be fine, but I would avoid blackberry or other harsh thorny environments.
Great pants if you're happy to look after them a bit and value merino. If you hunt around blackberry or similar and like to be able to just charge through, maybe look at something else.

This is my second pair (post Xmas sizing ) Great lightweight trouser, dries fast. I usually wear legging under them in the NZ winter.

Have just completed a 4 day hike ranging from -5C to around 15C, and the pants performed exceptionally.

Plenty of stretch for climbing and squatting, and comfortable to wear all day - I didn't bother changing after the camp was se tup.

They breathe well and I didn't notice any heat buildup when really cranking up the mountains in the sun. At night when it was freezing I put on some merino thermals underneath and was plenty comfortable. The wind doesn't cut through these pants, even though they breathe well.

I liked the pocket setup - snacks and stuff were easy to get to without having to remove my pack, and the zippered sections were good for keys and things I didn't want to lose.

I'm a 32 waist, but had to return a pair of 32s because they were too loose on me. Cam responded very quickly and set me up with a pair of 30/30s which fit perfectly.

The braces were great, although I had to move them either forward or behind my pack straps. Other than that I forgot I was wearing them.

The bottoms of the legs folded well under gaiters with no chafing, and it was great having the DWR on the seat for just plonking down on wet logs or rocks.

These are my go-to bush pants now, for sure!

Hey everyone, well its been just over a year since owning these pants and they have been outstanding and to be honest I don’t wear any other pant now whilst hunting. they look a little beaten up but are still going strong! I only have one issue and that they have shrunk in size in the leg by about two inches and an inch of the waist so considering in turning them into shorts😂 I purchased a second pair as was so impressed but have not yet worn them and whilst out last i noticed that either id grown or they were getting shorter. well put them up side by side the second pair i bought and yes they are heaps shorter. with that said these are the best hunting pants I’ve owned just slightly disappointed on the shrinkage.

Was quite optimistic when I purchased these pants being Australia based rather than US and to wether they would “cut the mustard” to our harsh conditions. I purchased the dry earth version as again believe that this would best suit where I hunt. Cam sent them out pronto and they arrived within a few weeks. texture of the fabric is a little different to what im used to but put them on. I ordered a 34/32 and they were spot on with the sizing and fitted well with room and stretch where it needs to be. Fabric has movement to it which was great as the gully’s demand clothing to stretch when climbing up and down. Loved the cargo style pockets but would have been slightly better if positioned slightly more forward. The braces took a little to get used too but once you get used to them theres no going back to a belt. Loved the way that the leg slightly tapper’s in at the bottom so your not scraping against the other leg. performed very well going through the blackberry bushes with no rips or tears and certainly didn’t pick up any burr’s. They are little pricey and the temptation to not buy them is quite high but they are worth every cent of your hard earned $! . Overall a 9/10 from me to the point that ive messaged Cam for another pair!! If your looking for something that will last, made and fits well then look no further as these pants are awesome. Would just like to add that my dealings with Cam and the boys re their customer service has been the best ever so buy with confidence.
