A new essential soft shell addition to the First Lite Western and Waterfowl assortments, this low-pile, windproof, jacket acts as a great layering piece to your kit throughout all hunting seasons. Whether acting as a glassing outer layer in the early season or being used to add insulation and stop the wind in tandem with your late-season kit, the Challis is always appropriate. Tricep vents and a two-way center front zip allow the jacket to be used as an active insulating layer during high exertion times, while the fleece construction remains quiet and insulating when in stationary situations.

Challis Fleece jacket

Super fast delivery from Pointssouth as usual, really easy ordering from them. Challis fleece jacket is really warm and durable. Sizing fits great and makes a really nice outer layer on the cold days outside.

As per usual its always a pleasure dealing with Cam at pointsouth, pretty much always get my gear the next day and i don't know how he achieves that as i work in an industry that is plagued by freight delays etc.
Challis jacket is the usual good quality firstlite produce and is nice to wear as a jacket, might be a bit bulky to wear as a mid layer but if i get cold enough ill find out.

The 308 pants are awesome, id been waiting for a wee while for them to become available and they were worth the wait. They will be great for most of the year and my go to favorite's the corrugate foundry will take care of winter.

Great hardwearing and comfortable hunting gear and a great company to deal with.
